•For daily cleaning, all you need is a soft cloth and dish soap.
•For those stubborn stuck-on bits, soak in warm, soapy water before attempting to scrub.
•If it's very stubborn, make a paste using 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of soap, and scrub with a nylon scourer or sponge, then rinse. Repeat if necessary, adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the paste and scrub until clean.
•For Maintenance - DO NOT use metal utensils as they can scratch them. Instead, use utensils made of wood or silicone.
•DO NOT turn up the heat too high. Most cooking should be done at low to medium temperatures.
•LET your cookware cool down before cleaning it. Placing a hot pan in cold water can cause the metal to warp and the bottom to become uneven or buckle and bend.
