How long does shipping take?

 In-stock orders normally get processed within 3 business days of placing your order. The estimated shipping time is within 4-7 business days for the United States. 

Neware Corp. will notify you with a tracking number when it has been sent. Once you check out if you need to cancel or modify order you must call us.


We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption,excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via email.


Address 

It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address or did not put an apt/unit number please send us a message to  +1 (626) 757-6799

We can no longer intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility.

ANY PACKAGE THAT IS RETURN BACK TO US DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS, YOU MUST PAY FOR A NEW SHIPPING LABEL .

Lost packages

Neware Corp. provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact UPS or the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. We will do our best to assist you, but Neware Corp. does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen
Neware Corp does not hold responsibility for packages that are damage BY THE POST OFFICE or UPS.
It is your respnsibility to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Pre-orders

Release dates for products can sometimes change without notice or liability. If you’ve pre-ordered a product, we’ll ship it as soon as possible after its final release date, which may be different from the initial date advertised.
